Match report Thatcham 3rd Xi scored an impressive 106 run victory over Odiham & Greywell’s 2nd XI a victory which was set up by a first wicket partnership of159 between Sean Huckins and Jamie Young. Huckins tore into the visitors attack and raced to (85) before falling to the leg spin of J,Peacock (2-52).Young went onto to make a fine (65) with useful contributions from Nathan Redmond (35) and Nic Monger (26) enabled Thatcham to declare on 268 -8 from 47 overs.

In response Odiham slumped to (44-5) against Malcolm Bloor’s off spin (4-26). Mike Hobbs (4-39) also picked up 4 as he went through the tail and only a superb unbeaten (93) from L.Richardson gave Odiham’s total any kind of respectability as they were dismissed for 162 from 38 overs.
