Match report Very briefly we bowled and fielded poorly and Falkland amassed a good score of 267-2. Steve Pope and Khalid Zafar batting well to finish on 101 and 82 respectively.

In response we batted in the early stages much like we fielded, we just weren't at the right level on the day. The low order provided some late resistance, but Thatcham simply weren't in the hunt.

Simon Rider, Andy Harland and John Williams batted well with 49*, 37 and 39, restoring some respectability to the total but we finished all out for 200.

I think it is fair to say that it is a poor performance and one that we would care to put behind us.
